Healthy Baseline does not diagnose conditions, provide treatment or offer personalised medical or nutritional advice.
Who we are
We are brothers Adrian and Pete, with a long-standing interest in looking after ourselves and enjoying real life. We are not doctors, and Healthy Baseline is not a clinical service. Reading an article, using a habit or contacting us does not create a healthcare relationship.
Use the ideas in context
Our nine principles explain broad foundations of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Articles explore habits, research and different perspectives. They cannot account for your medical history, medicines, injuries, dietary needs or current symptoms.
If you have a health condition, take medicines, are recovering from an injury or are unsure what is suitable, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to exercise, eating patterns, fasting or supplement use.
Do not replace or delay care
- Do not diagnose yourself from an article or ignore persistent, unusual or worsening symptoms.
- Do not stop or change prescribed medicines or treatment on the basis of this site.
- Do not push through pain, dizziness, faintness or other concerning symptoms to complete an exercise or fasting target.
- Do not delay professional help because an article suggests a possible explanation or a habit to try.
Research, experiences and illustrations
We provide sources where relevant, but research quality, populations and findings vary. A result in one group may not apply to you. Personal experiences, historical examples and testimonials are not proof that a practice is safe or effective for everyone.
Some drafting and imagery are assisted by AI and reviewed editorially. Editorial review is not clinical assessment. Illustrations may be generated or adapted, and videos demonstrate ideas rather than prescribe a rehabilitation or treatment plan. No particular outcome is guaranteed.
